The combination of our know-how and the choice of ingredients is the very essence of our pizzas.
By centralising our food preparation we guarantee consistent quality.

Today Mamma Roma has 6 restaurants in Brussels (Flagey, Châtelain, Jourdan, Boondael, Saint-Gilles and a stand at Brussels Expo)

and 5 restaurants in Paris (Cherche-Midi (6th arrondissement), Francoeur (18th arrondissement), Oberkampf (11th arrondissement), Niel (17th arrondissement) and a stand at Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte. Recently, Mamma Roma also opened a restaurant in the South of France in Nice.

Location

Location is the key to success for a Mamma Roma franchise. We are looking for first-class locations from 60 to 120m2 in urban districts that are busy at noon and in the evening, with a 5m-wide shop front, at least, and extraction facilities possible

  • PROCEDURE FOR OPENING A FRANCHISE

  • 2.Visit to the 'pilot' restaurant.
  • 3.Interview with the network managers and visit of the main kitchen.
  • 4.Geomarketing analysis by an independent company.
  • 5.Internship in the 'pilot' restaurant.
  • 6.Final discussion and presentation of preliminary information if a site is found.
  • 7.Signature of the franchise contract.
  • 8.Interior design of the restaurant.
  • 9.Training for the new restaurant team.
