The journey of a pizza that reinvents the codes

The first Mamma Roma restaurant opened in Flagey in 2005 bringing together the first team of passionate pizzaioli with a fresh approach to the traditional Roman ‘al taglio’ pizza.

In 2007, two more branches opened in Châtelain and Place Jourdan.

Mamma Roma is now reaping the rewards of its hard work and seeing its plans for growth coming to fruition..

The Cimetière d’Ixelles is now home to a further branch, in the Chaussée de Boondael. New branches will soon be opening in Parvis de Saint-Gilles and the Dansaert area.

Belgium expects to see a dozen branches open by mid-2013. After that, world domination awaits, by means of the ever-delicious Roman pizza…
